The Great British Bake Off maybe over but that doesn’t mean the challenges are over! I enjoy coming up with new custom designs for cakes of different styles and varieties.  It all starts with the brief, then I get the pencils out and start drawing! With every new commission I learn something new, keeping my skills and knowledge forever expanding!
